Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Texas Locals. We strive to provide you with high-quality clothing and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Return Eligibility:

  • You have 14 days from the date of your item being delivered to submit a return request.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

 

Return Process:

  1. Initiate your return request by contacting our customer service within 14 days of the delivered date of your item.

  2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return information. The customer is fully responsible for the cost of the shipping label and any cost to return the item.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us in the original packaging, including the return authorization.

  4. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

  5. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

 

Refund Timeline:

  • Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned items.

 

Exclusions:

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.
